Japanese people buy Japanese bonds. I liken their bond buying to the American bond buying that occured in ww2. All Americans pitched in to buy bonds that only paid in victory. There might not be guns going off at the moment but the economies of the world are fighting an economic war. People who ignore their civic responsibilities are in fact treasonous.
