Yes it was all about keeping a few local jobs in Adelaide.

We've seen how successful the last lot of locally built Collins class of submarines have been. Spent more time in port for repairs than at sea...
But is $90 Billion really worth a few thousand jobs? I could think of better value for money job creating programs.
