But the final straw is BLR still only owns 24,5%.

24,5% of 43 million pounds less pounds than WU has.

So BLR owns less pounds and at a lower grade compared to WU. Oh, and BLR still has no way to process the low grade HT ore. And no permits. And no money to pay BLR bills.
