You too are not allowed to willfully mislead this forum. " holding exclusive rights to secure" means BLR has to PAY in order to get to 100% ownership. I have exclusive right to secure a Porsche , but I don't have the money.

When I have time I will type out where 24,5% comes from. Unless you want to read with BUC the exchanges filings to learn where this comes from.

But you can start with last weeks announcement where it is laid out. Right before the 'not a going concern' comment from the auditors.
