WUC's Form 2A Listing Statement dated November 20, 2014 discusses the mines acquired from Energy Fuels, including three in Utah: San Rafael, Yellow Cat, and Dunn, and eight in Colorado: Van 4, Farmer Girl, Sage, Sunday, Carnation, Saint Jude, West Sunday, and Topaz.
There is a November 19, 2014 NI 43-101 technical report for San Rafael. As far as the other mines, it appears that no technical reports have been filed. According to a discussion of the various Colorado Plateau mines in Energy Fuels Inc.'s 2013 Annual Information Form dated March 26, 2014:
"No Mineral Reserve or Resource estimates have been prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 for any of these mines."
