Hi Grant ,so for 100% ownership -that is approx 29 m llb's @.075% - mkt cap $10.7m= approx 40c llb ... takeover offer $18.5m=64c llb - on jorc resource only- nothing for other assets, eg 75% ownership rights to Hansen & Albation 50%- does that seem right?

Any idea of reasonableness against other corporate transactions for a in ground resource with roughly same grade,jorc level- in close proximity ?
