Th benefot is if the prpject doenst get go ahead Roc gets it money back. If it does, Rocs gets a biggish cut from production for many years. The project is low risk medium reward. You are correct value ascribes zero value, but like the market normally does it will likley rerate when an FID is reached whcih should be within months. Until then we can only assess progress and results and they have been very good
