The market does not give a "rats ass" because unlike some on here, it no longer jumps up and down based on appraisal, assessment and estimates.
Times have changed, and only solid facts will move AND KEEP this sp considerably higher.
Having said that, the news so far is encouraging, but like any appraisal, can often end up disappointing, and a long way from initial assessment.
Frustrating but not rocket science!
