No they did not keep all of the accounting records stored in one place, the area impacted by the 'airliner' was home to the navy's intelligence office, who were trying to peice the 2.3 trillion in accounting fraud together. I would say that alot of the results of their investigations were stored here and really they didnt have a need to store this elsewhere. Key personnel were involved in the investiagtion were also killed in the attack. Theres your motive.

Where does NIST state they have ever tested for explosives? They never did because they excluded the explosive hypothesis from their investigation!
12. Did the NIST investigation look for evidence of the WTC towers being brought down by controlled demolition? Was the steel tested for explosives or thermite residues? The combination of thermite and sulfur (called thermate) "slices through steel like a hot knife through butter."
NIST did not test for the residue of these compounds in the steel.
