I totally agree with your 24c price target. It's not fanciful at all.
After all, Smidge Digital - who know a thing or two about PIL - are holding 40 million options that vest in four parcels of 10 million each when the VWAP hits 5c, 10c, 15c and 20c respectively. The expiry date is August 2020 but I don't expect any to expire. By then - within 15 months - I expect the VWAP to shoot that 20c trigger to pieces.
