I do trade with IB and find they are a very good broker, but their trade on ATHA will be restricted to sell only, unless / until the ATHA Market Cap exceeds $500M. That is a specific requirement of IB for all companies listed on the CSE. I enquired and they will allow me to sell any ATHA I acquire through the merger. I do hold 92E on an IB account before the "merger" announcement and added a few more in the low 40s. I may look into a new account with CMC if I want to keep trading, or more likely, I will just hold ATHA and sell via IB when the time is right.
