0.5834 is the quantity of ATHA shares 92E owners receive for each owned 92E share, when merger is complete ATHA could be CAD $1 (92E share valued at AUD$0.6569), it could be CAD $1.50 (92E share valued at AUD$0.9859) or anything in between, and considering ATHA is currently CAD$1.30 there is plenty of value still to close
