The only thing I am keen on knowing is if they will list on the ASX if the merger goes ahead. And if not how does that work for us ASX holders. I don't believe my share account has access to the CSE (Copenhagen Stock Exchange) and I think that goes for many if not most Australian share accounts.
So hoping they will list on the ASX at the same time the merger becomes fact. otherwise many of us holders will have an issue. And I don't think the new company will want to buy everyone out at $65c...
