if TMR has just acquired IBR through a share swap .why is that not reflected in the sp of TMR. if all the assets of IBR are now TMR assets shouldnt that make TMR a 94 c stock. I am oviously not right otherwise the sp would now be 94c. Can someone please explain to this humble beginner . thanks
