Pretty sad all round.
Story in the Guardian talks about her wandering through her aged care facility with a knife at night.
Being about to stab another resident might have made this more justifiable than it appears at first glance.
Also highlights that police are not really the right people to be dealing with disturbed people.
The mental health services that might have dealt with such people , although probably not this one , barely exist these days.
