Obviously we don't know the full circumstances just yet but generally anyone with a broom and a bedsheet should be able to disable a 95 year old woman bound to a walking frame. I mean for heaven's sake. The next question is - if this was an Aboriginal man would he have been shot?
I can remember the Victoria Police went through a sustained period of shootings of mentally ill people. Let's hope this can be nipped in the bud in NSW. Maybe the aged care workers are too frightened to control the mentally ill after the RC. Pass it over to the cops to manage?
