I suggest quite a few deaths result from medical misadventure in Australia as it does around the world. 50% preventable. Patients and medical staff all implicated. In my opinion the lady tasered is a case of medical misadventure. Posters emphasise how weak and harmless the old lady was, so why call in the police who are not familiar with the circumstances.
