    It is the policeman's fault.

    He had many other ways to de-escalate , and stop a frail 95 yr old (45 kgs dripping wet) lady shuffling in a zimmer fame in a room on their own with a butter knife. ( And they dont have steak knives in Aged care homes , in a dementia wing) .

    Dont blame the system , or the victim.

    It is the policemans fault .
