With murder you have to prove an intention to kill. While plenty of people die being tasered and the elderly are more vulnerable than most I dont think there is evidence to support a murder charge. A reasonable charge under the circumstance is manslaughter, illegal killing. Apparently the evidence looks strong at this stage against the officer.
