My visits to Aged Care Homes leaves me with the impression of staff who are very timid and most barely speak English
1/ the A.C.H. operators are only interested in profits not the care of the clients
2/ the staff are barely trained and are frightened of losing their jobs
3/ passing the " buck" is standard procedure
4/ Of course there are some who do the right thing, but are they the minority ?

As I posted earlier there is blame on every level at the Aged Care Home .
Money poorly spent
Training poor
Management inadequate
Nil or negligent government control from the top down

Why did the government waste money on a Royal Commission unless the aim of the commission was solely to cover up
