GS, knowing the broker is one thing, knowing the seller is another. It could be AS but it could also be another. The recent push down on the share price perplexes me. The company now has a solid board and by all accounts is making sound progress - so why the declining SP? Perhaps (and just perhaps) the share price is being pushed down by a major holder. The Sydcomp conversion is on the horizon and if the holders don't convert it allows a major shareholder to buy back the con notes. If that happens at an attractive price then basically the major holder controls the company. This theory stems from the recent post as to what is occurring in the UK. We keep hearing about "pending" announcements but see none, so who is calling the shots? I have to this point seen nothing from the board to show they are working for all shareholders...have you?
