    At $1 it is already below cash backing and quite crazy.

    I paid $1.65 a year and a half ago to lose a fortune in the CAP RAISING. The real price was $1.65 as I could have taken 12 cents cash per share and walked away forever with no ERA shares.

    How the CEO survives is beyond me.He should leave as a sign of respect.
