Mooroolbark I'd argue all those things are future money makers..... ERA need the Mirrar people to approve any of their new mining activities, likewise the EPA especially considering the location of the mine. The more ERA puts into these factors, especially the Mirrar people the harder it becomes for them to reject ERAs proposals without also shooting themselves in the foot.
Anyway I'd argue this is good value here but would love to see some improvement and more positive news soon.
