Despite my rantings yesterday, of course it is at ridiculous values.
But what we have here at play is simply market forces. There are a lot of people, not only me, who have a lost a fortune and find themselves in a difficult position. The buyers know that and wait for the sellers to sell to finally relieve the stress.
It is not a basket case, as there are plenty of people buying. They are the ones who will make a killing on this.
