As you say the money is still going out the door, and not much coming in from all accounts. What about the prospectus for the capital raising? Surely it has to show the dire situation of the financials as full disclosure? Also, the legal action with MSO would have to appear as a contingient liability (they have to er on the side of pessimism in such documents) & that would be 100's of 1000's. They would also have to disclose the level of customer numbers also.
All in all I can't see how they are going to raise cash with so many negatives that they are bound to have to disclose. Certainly will not get shares away at 5.3c.
