don't know about that. I have looked at a lot of frozen chicken dinners ------- if you don't reheat them properly - make sure you have plenty of dunny paper in :)
Any meat should be cooked properly.
Fish is very iffy if you don't know how it has been handled - even if well cooked.
Nothing like out of the ocean and onto ice then into the pan.
