Phoenix has been on the fringes of the HC radar for a
month or so.

Thank you to m95 for that earlier post re the content
of the Patersons research note.

The most interesting part of that report(in my humble
opinion) is on Page 5 - Valuation Ccommentary (includes
a bar chart) which contains numbers with possible
implications for future share price.
