3. RESOLUTION 3 - APPROVAL TO ISSUE SHARES TO HOLDER OF CONVERTIBLE NOTE
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
"That for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.1 of the Listing Rules of the ASX
and for all other purposes, the Company be authorised to issue up to
14,285,715 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 7 cents per share to Kelvin Park Pty Ltd in the event that Kelvin Park Pty Ltd elects to convert its debt of $1,000,000.00 to shares in the Company."
