Jzed - you sometimes sound like a company employee who's wanting to sound like a shareholder. I've often thought that the declared 'Position' should be 'Held' / 'Not Held' / and 'Employee'.

'Plaints' are not a complaint, they are a legal action instigated by someone who opposes a ruling made by the Department when someone else has broken a tenement 'rule' but 'got away with it'.

"Mortgages and Caveats' - to have so many against all the tenements can not be healthy, particularly when the mortgagers start to take out plaints against you.

FAS's situation is nowhere near as simple as the oft-quoted statement you make from the Quarterly.
