I should have been clearer in distinguishing plaints, from mortgages, plaints are definitely legal action as I have posted just yesterday and the ones held on the 13th feb have been adjourned till march.

Looking through the financial I see about 11,000,000$ in loans and about 3,000,000$ outstanding in various other payments, at that time. The payments are declared as not been made in the "normal" 30 day trading terms.
