What is wrong for a company to try to get the best value for its S/H`s in a CR if that was the case... Sounds like some smart thinking ...
There is one thing that is certain about the CR is that the funds would be used to ADD VALUE and spent on a known project to advance it to completion.
Your figment of imagination concerning the company being questioned about sudden price rises on what you say was NO NEWS but a sentence earlier you said prior to " price sensitive news.... is evidence that you are in another world and clueless about what you are printing....
As mentioned by another poster it is quite common for companies to reissue an update of their " code of conduct " concerning BoD trading in their company... I thought IMO it was an indication that EGR were being open and transparent and an indication they were doing their best to avoid lack of trust issues...

Finally it is very clear that you have a poor IQ if you think that news in recent months has not been responsible for the SP increase... What site have you been reading... The fact that EGR are awaiting for a number of replies to approvals including funding + the WA Gov`t + the Technology they have is PROVEN is IMO substantial news .... Lets not forget the backing it has from two major and important investors...
