Does anyone know if this stock is really under valued. 98% drop...

Does anyone know if this stock is really under valued. 98% drop in 12 months.. is this realy a fare market down grade?

i dont own any but thinking about wacking some money on the table once tax time selling is over..

at 5.5c the market cap is no $19mil if this stock makes $40mil over the last 12 months as forcasted then its prety heavily under valued..

6 month profit was 22mil by memory which is more then the market cap!

does anyone else agree?
