You and others may wonder why you are not aware of the terrorist activities and civil unrests in the south of Thailand and why is that not noted in the company report.
Well, most of these speccie companies are not risk aversed and really don't know what risk management is about...hence in for a few quick bucks and then out. Read their report cause there is nothing apart from financial risks. It was trading below 2 cents in 2005 afterall.
Just go to show...share price has nothing to do with the quality of the board's project management skills.
