I don't understand your points.
Here are a number of points addressing your message.
1. Some companies in their history started to trade at a very few cents prices. You must know a couple of them such as PDN and FMG. Their SP had increased by ~1000 times in several years, in a case of FMG the move up was even greater, ~5000 times.
2. I have read that a person from NSW invested ~$1mln into FMG when the SP was around few cents and he is almost billionaire now. Also the history tells that people making big profits in very bad market conditions.
3. I think you should read the latest company report more thorough to make correct conclusions.
