My point has nothing to do with whether a company is 1c or $100. Risk management is a part of project management.
I am saying that the EPS forecast by an analyst for CVN is wrong....it is over overpriced.
I've read the report and my assessment remains the same. It is overpriced and all risks have not been identified. Maybe known to the Board but not on record.
