I wasn't aware that (one) transparent, honest quote from the Director of the company only 2 weeks old, relating to current SP and market conditions was not submittable in a public forum??

I agree with your call, but it has nothing to do with TA, it's the timing of the ann. I think your a little early on your call back to 41. That will have to wait a little longer (few days) but it will get there imo..
