don't know why it is so slow but judging from the comments on this forum, there are many here experiencing the same difficulties.
nevertheless, i got my two parcels filled today.
i thought cvn was cheap at 35c - p/e of under 4 - so of course, i was happy to top up today at an 11-12% discount especially with good news expected this week
