tobyjack, yes most can be but at what cost, it's pretty rare t be able to do it on a large scale and at a cost effective amount which I think KNL is capable of. Just take a look at LMB and their most recently announced term sheet, they even through in some nitric acid for good measure and still only manage to average out 95% purity. They also claim that they can do all that at a price of $450 but everything needs to be taken with a huge grain of salt that comes out of their announcements, I think if KNL can do it for 500-600 then it's game on as 99.9% is PREMIUM stuff. Operting out of Tanzania you would think they will have a competitive advantage regarding cash cost of production compared your australia and european nations like scandanavia based ones etc
