I would expect that they would phase out selling concentrate Mn ore after the repayment of any loans are made or a substantial part of the debt is repaid. Why sell it to be used in steel making when you can value add to the product? Why would you truck lower value Mn concentrate when you can transport Mn metal or manganese sulphate at circa US$2500/t ?
