Looks like they are doing some site layout changes!!
The brighter white dots are usually the roof's of buildings. They remain stationary (usually) and appear in all low cloud cover shots. Between the 14th of November (just before the capital raise) and the 24th November one of the buildings appears to shifted about 500m to the right. I've underlined in red the area to look at in the 2nd and 3rd satellite picture.
