E25 is not a DSO operation so E25 needs a highly skilled workforce , unlike some operations that just need truck drivers and excavator operators.

E25 will not be a profitable producer of battery materials if it cannot firstly be a profitable manganese ore producer.

There must be some financial incentive for you as you seem articulate
enough and are obviously not just a fool.
