hi
did anybody else get charged 99$ for trust deed changes from e-superannuation and get no warning of the charge. I was charged the same day they sent an e-mail advising of the changes! I have complained about this yet have not heard back from them.
I believe a 2 week warning should be in the order of the day. What give them the right just to deduct without any warning?
