I suspect the fact APG need to raise cash may be a cap on the share price.
Management credibility completely shot if it wasn't already.
"Austpac is close to finalising project funding for the completion of the Newcastle Iron Recovery Plant".
That was October 2014, November 2014, December 2014. Admittedly, it was the exact same announcement rolled out.
Now, what does MT mean by the word 'close'? Is that 12 months, 2 years, 5 years or 10 years? I think:
10 years = 'soon'
5 years = 'almost'
2 years = 'close'
1 year = 'imminent'
So, maybe we can expect funding in another 18 months.
