It was unreasonable to expect a divy last year as well...and i should know i held cnp last year and didn't get a divy and thought it was unreasonable that cer holders got a divy but cnp holders didn't...


after that i did make inquires to cnp and was told that because cer was a 'pure trust' and cnp wasn't basically..

if you read last years announce from 19june08 you'll see the words "Under centro retail trust's constitution,taxable income is required to be distributed."

What you are saying is that CER won't have any taxable income then..
