also your forgetting that 9spokes makes their money from the apps like facebook, google antics etc etc... so hence it is about marketing mostly, the platform is focused and showing your performance in revenue growth using the linked APP's... for eg, if a business considers Facebook is worth spending more money on due to the information recorded via the 9 spokes platform they may double the advertising/marketing campaign, hence 9spokes will gain more revenue... so 9spokes main aim is to steer business's into best performing marketing campaigns via their linked App's... how else will they make revenue as the 9spokes app is free to use...
