Re CS keeping the price low, there seems to be the end of day sell to keep it around the 2.0 mark or 2.1 if that is there. I don't know the volume, but since you mentioned you are at the top of the list - are you picking up many or are they small deliberate volumes? (if you don't mind sharing)
