    This was not disclosed, other then '9Spokes expects that revenue received by 9Spokes under this agreement will be material.' and in the recent stockdoc interview this week Adrian mentioned that revenues will start flowing before end of this year.

    We know that VISA will whitelabel and in the interview Adrian mentioned that the agreement was a reseller type. Meaning VISA charges there customer, and 9SP charges VISA. This is a good signal as VISA will take the risk (meaning there is no risk), and 9SP will have a steady flow of revenues.

    Now how much... perhaps 9SP charge on bank acquisition, or on usage, or both ... or perhaps it is per SMB endpoint - which can make sense if they are supporting these 'subs' - how many SMB customers would 1 bank have at say $100 a month ... times that by 15,000 over some consumption acquisition model ...

    Hey then there are the other customers like Bank of America!,

    I am going to think about this model a little and share later if I have any insights.
