9Spokes- Why is pending Visa deal not getting attention?

so , looking at 9S latest Qrtly, they clearly talk about ( pg 5) that they are very close to doing a deal with VISA ( $USA 375 BILLION mkt cap)
'we continue to talk in good faith'.....imho as previous life in this industry, and given the way the world is, this means- it's still ON

so VISA and 9S do a deal and what does this look like?

Visa has 10,000+ banks - 9Spokes 4 + .....

imagine a life for a $20m company ' attached' to Visa......

and ...............this enviroment is PERFECT for 9S product ; credit analysis for banks??? perfect...banks are being told to ' be kind' ....yet they like all of us want a return- having a window into their clients credit is such a superb tool.
The banks are awakening. Visa is ahead of the game imho.
