As LPD is under an unwelcome and inadequate TO by LIT, 'non holders' are in fact, potentially your newest holders, respect that.
LPD holders have every right to critically analyse this company in the hope that some its holders can do what its MD cant - provide some substantial information worth taking a financial loss for. Or anything at all for that matter.
At this stage LPD holders have seen what LIT have to offer, found it wanting and rejected it in spectacular fashion (what is it now? 1% post pre bid acceptances? clap clap). Its time to take the offer off the table before you are found out to be what you really are.
