In all, Tice argues that the rally of the past four years is masking a long-term bear market that began in 2000 and won't end for at least another five years.
Pretty good masking job! The markets have doubled since the lows in '03, and most are above their 2000 highs.
This guy still calls it a "long term bear market"....Looking for markets to halve!Now that's a pessimist!!
